I think you also have DID too due to you saying you have a few alters?
i wonder if @Former-Member or @Maggie might be able to share some advice for you as well.

i dont think we always have to know how we feel nor should we fear it. i realise it can be really distressing sometimes but i have also learnt that sometimes we just have to accept that is how we feel on the day and practice some things that might help.
Hot showers or a bubble bath, watching a comedy show or other favourite movie, colouring in or doing some word search puzzles, baking or cooking something new from a recipie. theres lots of things you could try out even with feelings of the unknown.

@outlander - I do have DID, my alters are constantly switching. I'm hating it right now as all the support is over the phone and it's really hard to have my appointments at home over zoom etc because of my family they will just walk in halfway though my session to make me do something. I tell them not to come in but they still do. 
I can't wait for this lockdown to be over so I can go see my team face to face
