Whaaaaaaatttt @WIP

you got one!!!!! Yay, so excited for you - I really hope you love it!

What did you get picture and size wise?

Hello and hugs  @Bow

Re: Changing meds

Last night wasn't too bad in the end @WIP  i did try her with the spag bog sauce but she refused to try it and I couldn't be bothered.

it's really cold here today too. Wasn't so bad earlier when I went for my walk but the wind has picked up since and is cold.

ive just wasted 30mins on the phone trying to make an appointment with a professor, she said she works out of my local hospital but I called them and spoke to numerous people and they couldn't give me a number or put me through to anywhere.

im now waiting to see my gp to update me ED plan and then I'm off to my appointment with my dietitian. Busy day so far.
what's your day looking like?

Re: Changing meds

My phone weather app says it's 11deg in my suburb and due to rain for most of the afternoon.

A little bit of sunshine forecast for the weekend, but still chilly. @Bow

Hhmm, I don't have kids, so don't really have tricks up my sleeve to help with your daughters fussy eating.

What a bugger wasting all that time on the phone. Did you receive a referral to see him, or does it work differently to book in with him?

You do have a busy afternoon ahead with appointments - I hope they go well. I'd be interested in what your dietician says. As I have lingering thoughts and feeling towards food from my ED & the problems with my gastric tract. When I was in hospital recently, they recommend I see a dietician. I just don't need another bloody specialist where Im going to have to do the work - it'll feel like more therapy, if that kinda makes sense?!! But I know these issues contribute to my MH. Just like the chronic back pain I have.
Sometimes I feel it's just all too hard, then I think im a whinge, as there's ppl worse off than me

Re: Changing meds

Hello @Bow @WIP

couple of tricks if I may add for you @Bow ?

Get your daughter to participate in the meal prep? I know she is young so it would need to be age appropriate, a suggestion is ask her to choose one of the veges, ask her to help wash it, involve her in the decision of what the meal will be. Ask her to serve it up for each of you.

I know it is made more difficult by your circumstances but the more you involve her the more empowered she will feel around eating it, does that make sense?

Re: Changing meds

That's the same diamond painting as mine @Anastasia !!!

It looks so pretty

Re: Changing meds

Are you serious @WIP !!!!

God bless this crazy Universe shizzz that is going on at present. Enjoy beautiful.

I will take a photo of mine and send it through. It isn't framed but if you are framing yours then I will too so that every time I look at it I will have you in my thoughts, a connection for me to you xoxo

@Emelia8 @NatureLover

Re: Changing meds

Yes, god bless this crazy Universe - it's always talking to us in many different forms.

@Anastasia

I didn't buy the frame, but seeing that one up on the wall, I think I'll be tempted to frame 'my work of art'.

Hi @NatureLover , @Emelia8 👋

Re: Changing meds

Photos never do them justice but here it is @WIP @Bow @NatureLover @Emelia8

Adding @saltandpepper so he can see what diamond painting is 🙂
