Yum @Appleblossom  What are your favourite cheeses, @Shaz51? There used to be a cheese store nearby but they closed down not long ago and we hadn't really made good use of the range, maybe that's why they closed down

I'm a fan of virtually all cheeses, there is hardly a variety that I don't like - except Blue (mouldy) cheese.

Strangely, at the age of 93 my Grandmother loved Blue cheese.

I am of the opinion, which may be entirely wrong, that as one matures, so does appreciation for opera music, red wine and blue cheese @Adge  @Appleblossom  @Ali11 

I don't mind a mild blue cheese in moderation.
