maybe try some calming exercises. @greenpea is right sometimes the diagnosis doesnt matter but more how you help yourself and what works well for you.

@outlander - it's hard, having family not understand my MH is driving bonkers. 
I'm currently hiding because I'm a mess and fighting the urges to SH once again.
