I've thought about it a lot the last week, that I've not hidden my ED behaviours enough and that I've given her an one. I sent a friend a text and it just felt like I was describing someone with an ED and I though sh*t, what have a bl00dy done?!!? But my dietitian reassured me that it's not possible- I don't 100% believe that it's not possible at all, but I'm ok that it's not the case at the moment.

i took my nighttime meds around 8.30pm, after a terrible nightmare. Thinking it was middle of the night. I hope I can fall back to sleep.

Had a reasonable sleep, with a few interruptions. Took extra meds - I just could calm down at all. 
Have woken ok, feeling a bit wobbly and anxious, but not as bad as y'day. Thanks for your support - it's most appreciated.

Have emailed pdoc about extra meds I took over weekend and asked what I should do

next in relation to dosage and if I should come back into hospital for a couple of weeks after I see the addiction specialist, to get my meds back under control.
