they had to start my ban on reach out all over again I'm not allowed back for another 2 weeks @outlander its not fair

Im not really sure how you ruined it if you were still already banned from there?

I can understand how youd be feeling @Former-Member its upsetting when you feel like your not being listened to. I am listening to you im not sure whatll help you right now though.
Did they send you an email or something explaining why?

yes but what i did wasn't that bad it should not had to start again then when i emailed them back they said they won't reply to me until friday they said any emails i send they won't read its not fair i have a right to be heard and if thats how they treat me i don't want to go back there @outlander

That does sound pretty unfair @Former-Member well wait till friday. Calmly write an email telling them how your feeling and how this ban has affected you. Let them know that you dont understand what happened this time and can they please explain it.
It comes across is the way your write them. When your angry or upset you write differently so even if you prewrite it in a word document when your calm. Does that sound ok?

they already told me why they did it but i don't agree they won't listen to me either way @outlander the more emails i said the more likely they are to ban me for longer i want to go back there please help me
