@Former-Member when you get mad thats the time to walk away before you send all those emails. You said you broke the rules a few times im guessing for anger issues. Wait till friday see what they say. They might surprise you. The email format i gave tou as a suggestion above i think could still work but after friday. Wait till after that. It expresses that your sorry and are willing to improve and also the reason you were upset which is because you felt like you werent being listened to.
