struggling alot @MDT but trying to get a few things done today. managed to do some housework and nearly finished that.
sounds like your getting things in order, might not be such a sunday life once you start your work and also the volunteert stuff. thatll help with being bored and thinking too much
im not one for xbox, i might have a few hrs to myself soon so might read a book or do some art.

you can only do your best @MDT things are slowly starting to fall into place, it more of a waiting and patience game now. set yourself some mini goals throughout the day if that helps too, even jsut simple things like easting 3 meals a day and staying hyrdated.
i read all sorts of books, mostly self help, learning books as in anything to do with health and nursing, i cant read stuff to do with mental health so much though.
