Same re feeble meow @ENKELI  sounds like breathing blockage  makes squeaky noise if pick it up around ribs. Prob had a human kick it at some stage  poor bugger. Had really bad eye a while back thought would go blind but came good. Had hole under chin like dog bite it couldn't eat for a while, also cuts around throat and under arm pit once.ok front leg. If hear fight I try to stop it.but he seems to be winning lately who knows lol just bits fur missing

And sounds horrible but I can't afford vet even if could get him in a cage. Although should get him desexed as they get older just get beaten up worse and more often

@TAB Mal does the same squeak if I pick him up around the ribs so I think it's just a reaction so your boy probably wasn't kicked. Well that's what I want to think anyway.

There is an organisation in SA that offers low cost sterilisation for cats, ironically called C.A.T.S -

They charge $105 for neutering and I strongly recommend you get him fixed. It will stop 100% of his fighting tendencies, plus he won't stray either. And the main thing, preventing the over population of stray cats that turn feral.

Also check local vets to see how much they charge, they may be even cheaper.
I pray you are able to afford his neutering, it really is the best thing you can do for him.

Okay I knew that re straying just in denial that was 'my' cat @ENKELI  guess no one else claimed it when asked after it on effb other week. people had seen it. no one said 'its mine'

that is cheap. by all accounts nearest vet is useless and expensive. and there was a council subsidy for it last year, but missed it.

A vet from Copper Triangle( Funfact I lived there over 2 locations age 5 -17years)and parents kicked the bucket there5and10yearsago) does pickup runs to bigtown near here, so not good advert for local vet if compettion fm 90ks away is taking customers away by using minibus lol. yeah he's for it poor bastard he can get big fat like owner haha

to get a voucher to give to vet for concession 

Also .. in SA is actually illegal to have cat not desexed or microchipped

Noone will be around this time of day(after my nap) lol so will get onto it Monday
