got a couple appts this week and course in adelaide plus have to try and get back into dentist ffs  plus think got gout ha ha am in the wars

Yeah @Meowmy  - life can be cruel. Guess it's one day at a time for most of it. Just need things to look forward to - like your trip to Japan - to at least break up some of the monotony.
