@StuF  yesterday was a challenge and something my unconscious brain has decided didn’t happen 🤪

The settlement digital paperwork continues. It does make me physically nauseous.

I’m in the sauna everyday to sweat out the cortisol. I know my adrenal glands are working well because I can smell the cortisol - gross

..stressful busy day @Meowmy  online thing wouldnt work bla , took ages to set up. one person couldnt  set it up at all  Not Good. done now anyway
