Hi @Former-Member I've just done a Breathing/ Mindfulness meditation - so I'm much refreshed.

I may (or may not) now be able to cope with one of my Mum's extremely draining 1 hour phone calls.

She likes to phone me late on Sunday afternoon (for some reason).
